霍力教授团队揭示PET/MR心脏显像的临床应用价值

近日,北京协和医院霍力教授团队在《Clinical Applications of PET/MR Cardiac Imaging》一文中,详细回顾了PET/MR心脏显像的临床应用价值。该综述指出,PET/MR作为一种非侵入性综合影像系统,通过一次扫描即可获取心脏形态、功能、灌注、炎症、水肿、钙化及纤维化等多维度信息,提升了核医学显像对心血管疾病的诊断和评估能力。

Professor Li Huo's team at Peking Union Medical College Hospital has unveiled cutting-edge applications of PET/MR cardiac imaging. Their review highlights PET/MR’s ability to acquire multi-dimensional cardiac information, including morphology, function, perfusion, inflammation, and fibrosis, through a single scan.

在冠心病领域,PET/MR能够精准评估高风险斑块、心肌灌注及存活情况,并检测心肌成纤维细胞活化,为早期干预提供关键依据。对于心肌病,PET/MR在诊断心脏淀粉样变、心脏结节病等方面展现出独特优势,同时丰富了心脏法布里病、心肌炎的评估手段。此外,PET/MR在心脏肿瘤良恶性鉴别中也发挥了重要作用,较比单一使用PET或CMR提高了诊断灵敏度和特异性。

In coronary heart disease, PET/MR enables accurate assessment of high-risk plaques, myocardial perfusion, viability, and fibroblast activation, facilitating early intervention. For cardiomyopathies, it excels in diagnosing cardiac amyloidosis and sarcoidosis, and enriches the approach for assessing Fabry disease and myocarditis. Additionally, PET/MR distinguishes malignant from benign cardiac tumors with high specificity and sensitivity.

综述还指出了PET/MR在心瓣膜病、心内膜炎及心包疾病中的潜在应用价值。尽管目前相关研究较少,但PET/MR结合了CMR的高空间分辨率与PET的分子影像信息,有望在未来成为这些疾病的评估工具。

The review also underscores PET/MR’s potential in valvular heart disease, endocarditis, and pericardial diseases.
